Project Overview: This is an internal Kreative Tek Solutions Project that was done to automate most of our tasks. This project was built in-house without any additional help from outside sources. There are several aspects to this project ranging from project management to accounting. This is a project that is constantly being updated and expanded upon. However, right now the current features of our in house custom CRM is the ability to add new clients, add manage and update blogs, invoices, and contracts, ability to manage client uploads, an encrypted chat, manage storefront products, manage project status (so clients can see live updates on their projects), our invoicing system also has the ability for clients to pay directly on the website and manage all of their invoices, see profit and loss in the business, one-click excel accounting export for taxes at the end of the year, automated blog posting system, our own DocuSign like system (developed by us), and lastly our new addon for the contracting system which is the ability to remotely sign on a separate device and send it to the contract. We have several other features that are being planned to be added on this system such as multiple account management and updating (being able to manage Yelp, BBB, Google, YP, etc and changing details in one location and having it reflect everywhere else). After this system was built not only do we have more time for several other things but tasks have become significantly efficient and more productive.
